How you can support TCCC:

  • Helping to prepare the Contact Centre in advance of families arriving

  • Welcoming the Child Contact Centre families.

  • Signing in and out the Child Contact Centre families.

  • Acting as a host, explaining the use of the facilities, providing toys and refreshments.

  • Talking to, listening to, and relaxing Child Contact Centre families.

  • Supporting parents to interact and play with their children.

  • Helping to tidy up when the contact sessions have finished.

Contact sessions runs fortnightly on a Saturday and a Sunday. Saturday contact sessions are 130pm-330pm and Sunday contact sessions are 10am-12pm, although volunteers start a little earlier and finish a little later.

All volunteers will receive free training and DBS checks
